1. Acceptance
By creating an account or enrolling in any course, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Enrollment & Fees
Course fees are payable in full or via installments (for teacher training programs). All fees are inclusive of taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Batch dates and timings are subject to change with 48 hours notice.
3. Refund Policy
A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of enrollment provided fewer than 3 classes have been attended. Beyond this, refunds are not available but credit toward another course may be granted at management discretion.
4. Certificates
Certificates are issued upon completing 100% of the syllabus and meeting attendance/assignment criteria. Certificates carry a unique serial number and can be verified online.
5. Code of Conduct
Learners and trainers agree to maintain respectful behaviour. Bullying, harassment or plagiarism result in immediate suspension without refund.
6. Content Ownership
All course materials — videos, PDFs, worksheets — are the intellectual property of Guru Shishyaa Global Academy. Personal use is permitted; redistribution or resale is prohibited.
7. Teacher Training
Teacher trainees may start their own classes upon certification. GSGA offers job support and marketing kits but does not guarantee income. Using the Guru Shishyaa name for franchise operations requires a separate agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
GSGA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform outages, mentor availability or learning outcomes beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
